Who should use Bundlify?
Bundlify is built for freelancers who invoice clients. Anyone from a hobbyist who sends a few invoices per year to a professional who might send hundreds of invoices per month. Available anywhere Stripe is connected.
I have an invoicing system. Why should I switch?
Because Bundlify is the only easy-to-set-up, low-cost, no-maintenance way for your clients to have a 100% branded journey from first message to final invoice. Easily import your data from Freshbooks, Quickbooks, or a CSV.
What counts as an active client?
You can set your clients as active or archived. Only active clients can receive invoices, access their accounts, and make payments.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get unlimited access to Bundlify for 14 days. No obligation. No credit card required. You even get free support if you need help with your account.
What happens after my free trial?
You'll be asked to pick a plan based on your number of active clients. If you pick a plan during your free trial, your subscription won't start until the end of your free trial.
Do I need to enter a credit card to sign up?
Nope. You can use Bundlify for free for 14 days. At the end of your trial, you'll need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Can I get a refund if I don't like Bundlify?
Instead of a refund period, we offer a 14-day free trial. Start using Bundlify as soon as your trial begins so you can make an informed decision to continue or cancel by the end of your trial.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you decide that Bundlify isn’t the best invoicing platform for your business, simply cancel your account.
Can I delete my account at any time?
Yes. We take deleting data seriously. You can delete your account and data at any time on the settings page.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, and manage your plan from the billing page in your account.
Does Bundlify only work with Stripe?
Yes. Currently, Bundlify only integrates with Stripe for accepting payments on invoices. However, you can manually enter payments on invoices for bank transfers, cash, check, credit card, debit card, PayPal, wire transfers, or other payment methods.
Are there any transaction fees?
Our only fee is your monthly subscription. Stripe charges about 2.9% per transaction on their end.
